Custom/made-to-measure/bespoke frames

1. Orders

1.1 A minimum 40% deposit must be paid when placing the order

1.2 We will inform of the estimated delivery date as soon as possible

1.3 The remaining balance must be paid on collection or before delivery.

1.4 When ordering a KERO bicycle frame please not that we do not supply it without our name decals and logo.

2. Frame repairs and painting

2.1 If the estimate of the frame repair or/and painting is over £300, a 50% deposit of the total is required

3. Cancellation

3.1 Once the manufacture of the made-to-measure/custom/bespoke frame has been started, the order cannot be cancelled. If the frame is not collected, the customer will lose the deposit and the frame remains the property of KERO Bicycles. If the customer chooses to collect the frame, the remaining balance will be payable. 

4. Collection of frames

It is assumed that you will collect your order as soon as it is available or up to two weeks after you have been informed that it is ready.  However unless there are mitigating circumstances, the following apply:

4.1 If you are unable to collect within two weeks of being informed that your order is ready, the final balance is payable in full within one week of being informed and we will store your frame free of charge for up to four weeks. 

4.2 If the four week storage period is exceeded, we may implement a storage charge about which you will be notified by us. 

5. Force majeure

From time to time some things happen that are out of our control and this may effect many things such as the delivery date of the product or the cost of an item. In this circumstances we will discuss with you the reasons and solutions that can be offered in such a situation. We work very hard and offer high standard customer service. Although we do plan our production times based on an average completion time, sometimes some frames take a lot more time to be finished than predicted.  This also has a knock on effect on delivery times, so please be aware of this eventuality.

6. Payment

6.1 We accept cash

6.2 We do not accept cheques
